Inspection :

what to expect

  • This is where the inspection starts. We’ll walk your property to check the elevations.

    Storm related damages we can observe from the ground. Damages to your:

    • soffit

    • siding

    • metal capping

    • gutters & down spouts

    • roof shingles

    • fence

    • shutters

    After our ground level inspection we will set our ladder up to walk the roof.

  • The first step on the roof is to photograph all of the roof slopes to get a good idea of the pre existing conditions. Then we can start assessing the roof further.

  • There is a wide range of ways wind can damage your property. During our inspection we are lookin for:

    • missing shingles

    • exposed roof decking

    • wind creased shingles

    • detached gutters

    • detached downspouts

    • missing metal capping

    • damaged siding

  • Hail damage can be observed on different metal surfaces on your property. We are looking for hail damage on:

    • roof shingles

    • window screens

    • gutters & downspouts

    • siding

    • metal roof

  • Roof components such as pipe boots eventually will dry rot and can cause leaks. Box vents and other roof metals can be damaged by hail or may be installed improperly. We check each individual roof component and document it for you.

  • We will inspect your attic and any problem areas that may be leaking. Attic inspections are important. Ventilation of your attic, the insulation and your roof decking will all be inspected & assessed.

  • This is the final step in our inspection. The repair scope of work will be itemized and explained to you after our roof walk through. From there you can make a decision on how you want to move forward.

  • It can be tough to find a roofer for a small shingle repair.

  • Leaf debris will clog up your gutters and disrupt proper water drainage. We will remove all the debris from your gutters so they can function properly.

  • Missing shingles? Exposed roof decking? Tree branch puncture through your roof?

    If your roof has sustained storm damages we will come and tarp the exposed area for you to help mitigate any further damages.

  • Roof components need maintenance. Pipe boots get rotted out over time and skylights tend to leak. We can swap out your old roof components for new ones.

New Roof & Gutter Installation

  • Roof Rescue Group LLC specializes in large 5,500+ sq foot homes. Most projects can be completed in 2 days. Our crews have 15+ years experience installing roofs. Larger custom projects will take longer than 2 days depending on the scope of work.

  • Our crews will have your gutters and downspouts done quickly and professionally. 5 inch or 6 inch gutters. Most homeowners pick white or black. Gutter guards and screens available. Water management in mind while installing.

  • We can roof any detached structure you may have on your property.

  • Once the paperwork is finalized to select project materials we will accept an initial job deposit. Installation date is then given. The day before or the morning of your installation we will deliver the job materials and dumpster. We start bright & early morning and most projects can be completed in 2 days. Several yard clean ups are done with magnets. Large tarps are used to project property, bushes, gardens, etc. All trash disposed in an on site dumpster.

  • There are various people involved. Generally speaking parties involved are:

    • Installation crew manager
